What is Velvela's Shipping Policy?
For all the purchases we provide free shipping, For Cash on Delivery we Charge a sum of INR 150 as COD Charges.
Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices .

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days post confirmation (COD Orders). Most orders are delivered within 7 to 12 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

Velvela’s Cash on Delivery option allows you to place order value at the time of delivery for all orders between Rs. 699 and Rs. 2999. Your existing limits will be revised once, there is a delivery or order rejected against your account, from the new limit implementation logic, if required.To pay for any order using Cash on Delivery (COD) mode of payment, please select the 'Cash On Delivery' option on the payment page. Cash on Delivery option is available only in selected pin codes.However, the COD limit may differ from customer to customer depending upon the order rejection percentage from a user. For the avoidance of doubt, 'Order Rejection Percentage' shall mean any undelivered orders which are returned from the address provided by the customer even, after three successful delivery attempts. In event of COD limit breach, your order will be cancelled and you will have to place a new order using Pre-payment options.
Further, the COD limit for any user may get decreased to Rs. 2999, Rs.1500, Rs.0 basis on order rejection percentage and can be reset to the Rs.2999 basis on Order acceptance percentage and number of prepaid orders placed, post limit decrease.
At certain pincodes partial cash on Delivery option is available. Where you can pay a partial amount of the order (Generally 10% of the order value) and the balance on delivery.Kindly note if you are do not accept the delivery of such order once shipped and the Order is returned back to us, the partial amount paid will not be refunded.
What if I the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at wearvelvela@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID.
We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost.
